Call Cait at 508-341-5618. 5:30ams, MWF. We will leave from the studio after a 15 warm up of yoga etc stretches and return for a shorter stretch. Five dollar s buys you some motivation, camaraderie, a little bit o' yoga, and a contribution to a good cause.
